B2 Service offers both digital and physical products. Please review our return and refund policy below:
💻 Digital Products (Licenses)
⚠️ Important:
Digital products (licenses) delivered via email are
non-refundable and non-returnable
👉 Reason:
- They are intangible products
- Once delivered, they are considered used
❗ Exceptions:
A refund may be issued only if:
- The license does not work
- And the issue cannot be resolved by our support team

📦 Physical Products
Physical products may be returned under the following conditions:
🔄 Returns
- Item must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Must not be damaged
- Return period: within 3 days of delivery
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
📌 Refund will be processed after inspection
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless it is our fault)
- If the issue is on our side, we cover all costs
⛔ Right to Refuse
B2 Service reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- The item has been used
- The item is damaged by the customer
