B2 Service offers both digital and physical products. Please review our return and refund policy below:


💻 Digital Products (Licenses)

⚠️ Important:

Digital products (licenses) delivered via email are
non-refundable and non-returnable

👉 Reason:

  • They are intangible products
  • Once delivered, they are considered used

❗ Exceptions:

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The license does not work
  • And the issue cannot be resolved by our support team

📦 Physical Products

Physical products may be returned under the following conditions:


🔄 Returns

  • Item must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must not be damaged
  • Return period: within 3 days of delivery

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

📌 Refund will be processed after inspection


🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless it is our fault)
  • If the issue is on our side, we cover all costs

⛔ Right to Refuse

B2 Service reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The item has been used
  • The item is damaged by the customer
