Last updated: April 26, 2026

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the B2 Service website, purchasing products, and receiving services from us.

By using the website, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

B2 Service offers customers digital products, physical products, and technical/software-related services.

The website may only be used for lawful purposes. The customer agrees not to use the website for any activity that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of third parties, or interferes with the normal operation of the website.

B2 Service reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the website for any customer who violates these Terms.

2. Website Use

The customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the website.

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Using the website for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;

  • Using false information or third-party personal details without authorization;

  • Bypassing, damaging, or attempting to interfere with the website’s security systems;

  • Copying, distributing, or using the website’s content, design, or functionality without permission;

  • Taking any action that may harm the interests of B2 Service or other customers.

3. Products and Services

The B2 Service website may include:

  • Digital products, including software licenses, activation codes, and digital subscriptions;

  • Physical products, including physical licenses, device accessories, skins, and other items;

  • Technical and software-related services, including operating system installation, driver installation, software installation, data keeping, remote assistance, and other related services.

Product and service descriptions, features, availability, and prices are shown on the relevant product or service page.

B2 Service aims to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date; however, technical errors, incorrect prices, incorrect descriptions, or temporary product unavailability may occur.

4. Placing an Order

When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate contact and order-related information, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, or any other required details.

Placing an order does not mean the order is finally confirmed until payment, product availability, and the ability to fulfill the order have been confirmed.

B2 Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product or service is no longer available;

  • The price or information was listed incorrectly;

  • Payment could not be confirmed;

  • The information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete;

  • There is suspicion of fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms;

  • The order cannot be fulfilled for another objective reason.

In such cases, the customer will be notified through the provided contact channel.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

The final order amount is determined based on the prices shown at checkout, the selected product or service, and any applicable additional fees.

Order fulfillment begins after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of a specific product or service.

Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website. Third-party payment providers may be used during the payment process, and their own terms and security policies may apply.

B2 Service does not store customers’ full bank card details.

6. Digital Products and Software Licenses

Digital products and software licenses may include activation codes, digital subscriptions, download links, or other electronically delivered products.

When purchasing a digital product, the customer must provide a correct email address or other required information, as the digital product may be delivered through the contact channel provided by the customer.

Use of software licenses is subject to the license terms of the relevant manufacturer or provider. Such manufacturers or providers may include, among others, Microsoft, Adobe, ESET, Avast, and other relevant companies.

B2 Service is not responsible for restrictions, rules, or changes established by the relevant software manufacturer or provider.

The customer agrees to comply with the terms of use of the purchased license and not to use the product in a way that violates the requirements of the manufacturer or applicable law.

  • Assistance with activation or installation;

  • Other technical services.

The scope, price, completion time, and conditions of the service are determined by the specific service description or by agreement with the customer.

Before the service begins, the customer must inform B2 Service about any existing device issues, important data, passwords, damage, or other circumstances that may affect the service.

Before the service begins, the customer is advised to create a backup of important data if the service involves system changes, operating system installation, or work with data.

B2 Service is not responsible for data loss or pre-existing device issues unless such issue is caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence by B2 Service.

  • Providing correct and complete information when placing an order;

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the provided email address, phone number, and address;

  • Using the purchased digital product or license legally;

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify, commercially use, or otherwise use the website content without the prior written consent of B2 Service, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, brands, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners. Their use on the website is for product or service identification purposes only and does not mean that B2 Service owns those brands unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party services may be used to operate the website, process orders, process payments, provide delivery, perform analytics, or support other services.

Such services may include Shopify, payment providers, courier or delivery companies, analytics and marketing platforms, and other technical partners.

12. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of customers’ personal data are governed by B2 Service’s separate Privacy Policy.

By using the website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

B2 Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

The updated Terms will be published on the website and will become effective from the moment of publication, unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the website by the customer after the updated Terms have been published means that the customer agrees to the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

Any dispute arising from the use of the website, an order, a product, or a service will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
