A Windows 11 Pro OEM digital license — a 25-character product key (format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) that activates Windows 11 Pro through Microsoft’s official servers. The license is lifetime: no subscription or yearly fee, and Windows updates come free through Windows Update.

Pro includes everything in Home, plus:

About OEM licenses

• An OEM license is tied to the computer on which it is first activated.
• It is normally not transferable to another computer. When Windows is reinstalled on the same computer, the license is restored automatically or activates with the same key.
• After a motherboard replacement Microsoft treats the computer as a new device, and the license may no longer activate.
• If you need to move the license to another computer, choose Windows 11 Pro Retail.

How you receive the license

• Once the payment is confirmed, the license key appears in your account: My profile → My licenses.
• You receive an email letting you know the license is ready.
• If you like, the “Send to email” button in “My licenses” also emails the key to you.

Installation guide (clean install)

1. Check that the computer meets the system requirements (PC Health Check).
2. Back up important files — a clean install erases the drive.
3. Open Microsoft’s official page microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 and download the “Media Creation Tool”.
4. Create a bootable USB drive of at least 8 GB (the tool does it for you).
5. Plug the USB drive in, open the boot menu while the computer starts (often F12, F11, F8 or Esc) and choose the USB drive.
6. When setup asks for a product key, enter your key — or choose “I don't have a product key” and enter it later.
7. When asked for the edition, choose Windows 11 Pro.
8. Finish the setup following the on-screen steps and connect to the internet.

Activating an installed Windows 11

1. Open Settings → System → Activation.
2. Click “Change product key”.
3. Enter the 25-character key from “My licenses” and confirm.
4. If the computer runs Windows 11 Home, the Pro key upgrades it to Pro — your files and apps stay. It takes a few minutes and a restart.
5. After activation the same page shows “Windows is activated”.

FAQ

Can I upgrade from Windows 10?

Yes, if the computer meets the Windows 11 requirements. You can upgrade keeping your Windows 10 files, or do a clean install.

What if activation fails?

Check your internet connection, make sure Windows 11 Pro is installed (not Home or another edition) and that the key was entered correctly. If the problem remains, contact us — we will help with installation and activation.

Is it suitable for business?

Yes, Windows 11 Pro works for both personal and business use. Companies can pay by invoice and receive a VAT tax invoice.

Can I get a refund?

Once the digital key has been received, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (see the refund policy). Before ordering, make sure the computer meets the system requirements.
