How you receive the license

• Once the payment is confirmed, the license key appears in your account: My profile → My licenses.
• You receive an email letting you know the license is ready.
• If you like, the “Send to email” button in “My licenses” also emails the key to you.

Installing on a computer (Windows / Mac)

1. If another antivirus is installed, uninstall it first — two antiviruses together cause conflicts.
2. Download the ESET HOME Security installer from ESET’s official site (eset.com).
3. Run the installer and follow the steps.
4. When activating, choose “Use a purchased License Key”.
5. Enter the key from “My licenses” and confirm.
6. Optionally connect the device to your ESET HOME account (home.eset.com) to manage all devices in one place.
7. After installation ESET updates its virus database automatically — you are protected.

Installing on Android

1. Download “ESET Mobile Security” from Google Play.
2. Open the app and choose to enter a license key when activating.
3. Enter the same key — it counts as one of the license’s devices.

With a 5-device license, enter the same key on each device until you reach 5.

FAQ

How do I turn on the password manager?

After activating Premium, sign in to your ESET HOME account (home.eset.com) and turn on Password Manager — install the browser extension and the phone app and create a master password.

Can I use one key on different devices?

Yes. A 5-device key works on Windows, Mac and Android in any combination — for example 2 computers and 3 phones.

How do I move protection to a new computer?

Uninstall ESET from the old device (or remove the device in your ESET HOME account) and activate the new one with the same key.

What happens when the term ends?

When the license expires, ESET stops updating its virus database and protection becomes outdated. To continue, buy a new key and enter it in the program or in your ESET HOME account.

Does it renew automatically?

No. A license activated with a key does not renew automatically and nothing is charged to your card.

Can I get a refund?

Once the digital key has been received, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (see the refund policy).
