The license is intended for the Georgia region — it is meant to be activated and used in Georgia. ESET may reject the key when activated in another country. All of our licenses are for the Georgia region.

How you receive the license

• Once the payment is confirmed, the license key appears in your account: My profile → My licenses.
• You receive an email letting you know the license is ready.
• If you like, the “Send to email” button in “My licenses” also emails the key to you.
• Companies can pay by invoice and receive a VAT tax invoice.

Installation and activation

1. Create an ESET account or sign in on ESET’s official web portal (home.eset.com) and add the license key — you manage all devices from this account.
2. On each computer that has another antivirus, uninstall it first.
3. Download the ESET Small Business Security installer from ESET’s official site (eset.com) or from your account and run it.
4. When activating, enter the key from “My licenses” or sign in with your ESET account.
5. On Windows Server, install the same installer — it turns on the protection suited to the server.
6. On phones, download the ESET app from Google Play or the App Store and activate it with the same key.
7. Check in your account that all devices show as “protected”.

FAQ

Does a server count as a device?

A server, a computer and a phone each count as one device. For example, a 10-device license: 1 server, 7 computers and 2 phones.

An employee left — how do I move the license?

Remove their device in your ESET account (or uninstall ESET) and activate the new computer with the same key.

What happens when the term ends?

When the license expires, ESET stops updating its virus database and protection becomes outdated. To continue, buy a new key and add it to your ESET account.

Does it renew automatically?

No. A license activated with a key does not renew automatically and nothing is charged to your card.

Can I get a refund?

Once the digital key has been received, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (see the refund policy).
